Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in your selected currency and include EU VAT where applicable. Currency conversion is indicative; your card issuer may apply its own rate. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a piece is mispriced or out of stock, and will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout or, for bank transfer, within 48 hours of the pro-forma invoice. Orders are not dispatched until payment clears. We use 3-D Secure where required.
Personalised pieces
Embroidery is made to order and is final sale. Please check spelling, placement and thread colour carefully — the preview is a close representation, not an exact proof.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to the consumer rights described below, the state and federal courts located in Colorado shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in their local courts where mandatory consumer law provides.
